After our uncle moved into an aged care facility to ensure he would receive the support he could no longer provide for himself, Stewart knew he would need to sell his home. Unfortunately, he wasn’t in a position to enter into negotiations and discussions to do this.
The task of selling Stewart’s home on his behalf was rather daunting for my brother and I, especially after just negotiating the sometimes arduous and bureaucratic path towards aged care.
