1.       Senior Property Manager – Landlord/Clients first point of contact. Process all maintenance enquiries, lease negotiations and renewals.

2.       Leasing Consultant – Finds the best tenants for our vacant property in the shortest possible time. Conducts regular inspections of properties and reports to landlord/clients.

3.       Property Management Administration – Arrears control and accounts.
