Globenet founder, director and longest running agent Usha Chandra brings 21+ years of award-winning experience, providing a wealth of wisdom on a multitude of fronts. With her experience comes a resounding knowledge of the local market that is unmatched.

Usha has owned and operated Real Estate offices in Wavell Heights, Boondall, Bracken Ridge, Taigum and Redcliffe. She has drawn upon her prior association with major franchise groups including Century 21, L.J. Hooker, T.J.Walker, Nationwide Realty and PRD Nationwide before embarking on the rise of her own independent agency: Globenet Realty. She has won various sales and listing awards throughout her career, including top sales award in Queensland.

The decision to move away from a large franchised brand was based on the sky rocketing cost of franchise fees (and the smaller return being received by our clients and customers) and the freedom that comes with running by your own rules. The shift enabled the Globenet team to operate without the barriers that many other agents and agencies face: we are not restricted to which suburbs we can service – the savings on franchise fees are reinvested into improving client satisfaction and customising our service to meet your requirements.
